Quality assurance department is the department of quality testing and comprehensive administration in charge of quality assurance, preventing, reporting and supervision. The corporation has the duty to check and modify the device of meter and maintain the operation of the metering system. The department also has the duty to deal with the quality complaint of the customer, modify the quality and manage the preventing measures.
